Booking Fees

OAZA Aesthetics strive to provide a professional service at competitive prices and request that clients attend on time to all appointments.

At the time of booking a £30 retention fee will be required to secure your appointment, this is non-refundable, however if notice is given this will be transferred onto a future booking.

Cancellation, failure to arrive for appointments, and late arrival
You must give two working days’ notice in advance of your appointment to cancel or reschedule any appointments, failure to do this will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking.

Please note that cancellations or rescheduling appointments can only be made online or by telephoning the Clinic during clinic opening hours, in addition the appointment can be rescheduled up to 3 times and after this a new booking must be made.

No Show Appointments

Failure to notify us prior to you appointment will require full payment on any future bookings
